At JL Jewelry, we are in the business of empowering women by helping accentuate their style and develop their personal aesthetic. Each jewelry piece is curated to fit every style and look, from minimalistic to maximalist.

Our collection pieces are for everyday wear and are carefully created using the finest of materials that won’t tarnish over time, are water resistant and won’t break the bank.

Sizing

All of our pieces are available in standard sizes that fit most. A majority of the rings in our collection are adjustable and are designed to comfortably fit all sizes. Necklace, bracelet and anklet lengths are provided in the product details including sizing charts for reference.

Materials Used

The majority of our jewelry is crafted with 925 sterling silver, stainless steel and gold plating. These high-quality materials are tarnish resistant, waterproof and hypoallergenic. We test each piece against the standard day to day wear and take pride in providing pieces that stand the test of time.

Jewelry Care

Most of our jewelry is tarnish resistant and waterproof, and requires very little maintenance. For jewelry care recommendations, please see below:

When the jewelry gets wet or dirty, clean it with a dry cloth and leave it to air dry.

Store jewelry separately to avoid scratching.

Avoid direct contact with chemicals (lotions, perfumes, etc).

Shipping & Returns

We ship WORLDWIDE! Within the U.S., all orders are processed by USPS. International orders are shipped with USPS First Class Package International.

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $35.

Your order will be handled and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase, except weekends and US holidays.

Order delivery timing:

  • USPS Standard: 3-7 business days after order dispatch.
  • USPS Priority: 2-3 business days after order dispatch.

We offer free return for all U.S. orders.

Items purchased under Sale section are not returnable.

JL Jewelry is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.

JL Jewelry is not liable for lost or stolen shipments. JL Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to any unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company. JL Jewelry is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to an incorrect address or any lost or stolen packages.

Wrong Address

If you notice any errors in the address that you have provided, email us at jljewelryllc@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will be happy to update the address on the package if it has not been sent. JL Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address. Once an order has been processed at the shipment facility, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a packaged is returned to us due to the address being incorrect, the second shipping is the sole responsibility of the recipient. In the event that the package is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

We will do our best to accommodate any cancellation requests on new orders. If your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any modifications. Email us via our Contact Us page and we will get back to you with a solution.
